Premier Guarantee ‘Development of the Year’ 2018

Colaren Homes have been named as ‘Development of the Year 2018‘ in the 11-50 units North Category for our Kirkton Heights housing development in Fraserburgh.

The announcement was made at the Prestigious Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards which celebrates the best developments covered by Premier Guarantee schemes across the whole of the UK.  Colaren Homes are now amongst a select group of house builders who have taken home a prestigious Excellence Award.  The ceremony was held at the Heron Tower in London and the award was presented to Colaren Homes by BBC presenter Dan Walker.
