New Procedures when visiting Colaren Homes

The experience our customers have when visiting is our top priority, so we have put in place procedures to ensure that ample time has been allocated to each visitor for an enjoyable one to one meeting.

Following Colaren policy, viewing of our show home is strictly as per below:

• Visiting our sales office must be by appointment only from Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm.
• Appointments must be booked in advance, and they will be managed to make sure there is no overlap.
• Appointments will be restricted to only 2 customers at any one time.
